Return Policy

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from initial purchase.

Refund process;

Email us at SupplyJamYT@gmail.com stating the reasons why you are requestion a refund (I.e. Faulty, damaged on arrival, missing items etc) where we will reply to your query within 1 business day, please provide as much detail as possible and any photographic evidence of the issue to help reduce the time taken to fully process your claim.
Upon receipt of your claim you will be provided details of where to return the product so it can be investigated by ourselves (please note that the shipping cost at this point will not be paid by us (DrumBudz).
Once the product has been received the investigation will be completed within 1-2 business days to conclude the outcome.
Once the investigation is complete we shall respond with the outcome, and if that should be that your request is accepted then shipping cost of the item back to us along with the product itself shall be issues to you at the earliest possible opportunity (the customer).
Should your refund request not be successful we shall state why this is so and provide evidence for why this is ineligible, please see list of reasons below for criteria for ineligible refunds.
